Design changes are possible before production begins. Once production starts, minor adjustments may still be possible — contact us and we'll do our best. Significant changes after production starts may not be feasible.

For the initial quote, we need your name, email, character name, series/game, and reference images. After payment, you'll fill out a detailed questionnaire covering head measurements, color preferences, and styling details.

Absolutely! Just make sure you can provide the recipient's head measurements during the detailed questionnaire phase. We can ship to any address worldwide.

We send styled photos before shipping so you can approve the final result. If adjustments are needed at that stage, we'll make them. Since each wig is fully custom-made to your specifications, we cannot accept returns, but we're committed to getting it right.

Reference images are the best starting point, but we can also work from descriptions. The more detail you provide, the more accurate the result. Multiple angles and close-ups of distinctive features help our artisans immensely.
