If the Rush schedule is available for your order, we can quote priority production. Rush pricing is higher because we reserve production capacity earlier, and we confirm the available timeline before payment.

Design changes may be possible before production begins. Production starts after pre-production details are confirmed and TWC sends a Production Start Notice. After that point, significant changes may not be feasible because materials and artist production time have been committed.

For the initial quote, we need your name, email, character name, series/game, and reference images. After payment, you'll complete a Pre-Production Confirmation Form with head measurements, color references, style details, and your event schedule.

Absolutely! Just make sure you can provide the recipient's head measurements during the Pre-Production Confirmation Form step. We can ship to the delivery address confirmed for the order.

Before international delivery, we send finished wig photos so you can review the result. If you notice a concern related to the agreed details, please reply within 48 hours. Major specification changes are not available at that stage.

Reference images are the best starting point, but we can also work from descriptions. The more detail you provide, the more accurate the result. Multiple angles and close-ups of distinctive features help our artisans immensely.

Prices range from $370 to $1,130 depending on complexity and delivery schedule. Standard tier starts at $370, Premium at $600, and Ultimate at $1,000. Visit our pricing page for the full breakdown.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay through our secure Shopify checkout. All transactions are encrypted and PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant.

Your quote shows what is included before you pay, including materials, production, quality check, custom packaging, international shipping, and the customs/import cost treatment available for your delivery route.

We require full payment through the order-specific Shopify checkout link before an order can move into pre-production confirmation. We do not currently offer installment plans.

Your quote shows the customs/import cost treatment before checkout. If the treatment cannot be confirmed before checkout, we will not treat the quote as payment-ready.

All shipments include tracking numbers so you can monitor delivery. If a package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us promptly with photos of the item and packaging, and we will work with the carrier based on the selected shipping route.

Once production has started, returns and refunds are generally not available because materials and artist production time have been committed for your custom wig. Before production starts, a refund is possible if a required color or material cannot be sourced, or if we cannot align on a feasible production direction.

Our wigs are styled for event use, and we discuss structure and care expectations before production. Proper storage and gentle handling help protect the shape.

Store on a wig stand away from direct sunlight. Gently detangle with a wide-tooth comb. Wash occasionally with cool water and wig-specific shampoo. Avoid heat styling unless your quoted fiber is confirmed as heat-resistant.

We use synthetic wig fiber selected for the style and color direction. If heat styling or a special finish matters, we confirm available options before production.
