Two payments. Four gates.

See what we confirm at each payment gate, and what happens next.

Your quote email carries the order-specific checkout link for the first 50%. This page has no fixed checkout.

The payment gates

Four gates stand between your quote and your parcel.

The two 50% payments sit at different gates, and neither of them is the moment production starts.

01

Review and quote

We review the request first. Your quote then shows the selected published order price, $370 to $1,130, any specifically named order adjustment, the quote total, and both 50% amounts. For U.S. orders, the total is the published order price plus a fixed 20% U.S. destination price component — part of TWC's price, not a tax or customs deposit — and TWC handles ordinary U.S. import duties and customs processing without billing them afterwards. For other destinations, import charges are paid by the recipient. See the full pricing rules.

02

First 50% payment

Use the order-specific checkout link in your quote email. This payment opens the final pre-production confirmation; it does not start artist work.

03

Confirmation and production

We review your Pre-Production Confirmation Form, settle any open point, send the Production Start Notice, and only then begin artist production.

04

Photo review and remaining 50%

We send the finished photos first. After your review and any feasible adjustments, we send a separate order-specific link for the remaining 50%. We pack and ship only after that payment arrives.

Gate 3 confirms the production details before the build starts.

The Pre-Production Confirmation Form turns your references into practical production details. Customer support settles anything still unclear before production starts.

The refund boundary is the Production Start Notice.

The notice goes out after we review your form, settle any follow-up, and confirm a feasible production direction.

Before the notice

A full refund is available any time — including if a required color or material cannot be sourced, or if we cannot agree on a feasible production direction.

After the notice

The first 50% is generally not refundable, because materials and artist time are committed to your custom wig.

What you can check before the balance.

Front, side, and back finished wig views prepared for customer review

We send finished-wig photos before requesting the remaining 50%.

If something looks different from the confirmed direction, name the view and the agreed detail. The remaining 50% is not due until that is settled.

The finished wig travels on a mannequin head. That reduces avoidable movement; it is not a promise of zero shipping damage. Shipping & Support covers delivery problems after dispatch.
