This page is the disclosure required of a seller under the Act on Specified Commercial Transactions of Japan (特定商取引法). It states who you are buying from, what the price covers, when each payment is taken, how delivery is confirmed and when an order can still be cancelled.
The commission itself is governed by the Terms. Where this page summarises a clause, the clause is what applies.

Price and payment

| Published order price | One of nine published order prices, from $370 to $1,130, set by complexity and schedule category. Your quote names which of the nine applies. All nine are published on the Pricing page. |
|---|---|
| Included in the order price | Production of the standard build, packing and standard international delivery. If your references need an element the standard build does not include, your quote itemises that element and its exact additional price before checkout. |
| First payment | 50% of the complete quote total, paid through the order-specific checkout link in your quote email after you confirm the quote. This payment opens the final pre-production confirmation; it does not start artist work. |
| Remaining payment | 50% of the complete quote total, requested after the finished-photo review and any feasible adjustments related to the agreed details are complete. It is sent as a separate order-specific checkout link. |
| Payment methods | Those shown in the secure checkout for each of the two payments. The methods available can differ by country and are displayed before you confirm the payment. |
| Costs other than the order price | For U.S. orders, the quote total is the published order price plus a fixed 20% U.S. destination price component. That component is part of TWC's price, not a tax, customs deposit or insurance, and it is not adjusted after shipment. Separately, TWC handles ordinary U.S. import duties and customs processing and does not bill them afterwards. For every destination outside the United States, customs duties, import VAT or other import taxes, and carrier/customs handling charges are not included in the amount paid to TWC and are payable by the recipient. |
Production and delivery

| When production starts | When we send the Production Start Notice, after the first payment and after the pre-production details are confirmed. Neither the first payment on its own nor the submitted form on its own starts production. |
|---|---|
| Production schedule | Your quote states the estimated production and dispatch period for your order before the first payment, and we confirm it again before the Production Start Notice. If that estimate changes before production starts, we send the revised timing in writing and ask you to confirm it before continuing. The schedule categories on the Pricing page are not delivery dates. |
| When we ship | After three things are true: the finished wig passes our internal check, the finished-photo review and any feasible adjustments are complete, and the remaining 50% has been received. An unpaid order stays on hold and is not shipped. |
| How it is delivered | Shipped internationally from Japan to the address confirmed for the order. We send a shipping confirmation once the order has been dispatched. Packing and what to do at arrival are covered on Shipping & Support. |
Cancellation and returns
Every commission is made to one customer’s specification, so the boundary is the point at which materials and artist time are committed to it.
You may cancel for any reason and receive a full refund of the first payment, with no deduction. The same applies if a required colour or material cannot be sourced, or if we cannot agree on a feasible production direction.
Cancellation you request is generally not refundable, because materials and artist time are committed to your custom wig. Returns and exchanges are not available for a completed custom commission on the basis of a change of preference.
Do not send a wig back without written return instructions. If we confirm that a return is required because the commission was not produced as agreed or arrived damaged, we arrange the reasonable return method and bear the return cost required by the law that applies. An unauthorised return, or a return permitted for a reason that is not our breach, remains the customer’s responsibility.
This is the boundary for cancellation you request. It is separate from a commission that is not produced as agreed, is not delivered, or is damaged in transit — if the parcel arrives with a problem, report it as set out in Terms clause 11, which is where the reporting window and the evidence to keep are stated.
Nothing here removes a right you have under the mandatory consumer law of the country you live in.
Governing law
Orders are governed by the laws of Japan, without affecting the protection given to you by the mandatory law of your country of residence. Dispute handling is set out in Terms clause 17.
