After you submit your questionnaire (head measurements, color preferences, event date), your assigned artisan begins crafting your wig. Premium and Ultimate customers receive progress photos during production.
Your wig is built from scratch by one dedicated artisan — not assembled from parts. Every fiber is hand-placed for character accuracy.

Quality Check & Delivery
Shipping: 5–10 business days
We photograph the completed wig and send you styled photos for final approval. Once approved, your wig is carefully packaged and shipped from Tokyo via tracked international courier (EMS).
You'll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package every step of the way.
