1. Overview

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern all custom wig commission orders (“Commissions”) placed through TOKYO WIG CREATE, operated by TreOnesta LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”). By submitting a commission request or completing payment, you (“Customer,” “you”) agree to these Terms.

2. Commission Process

2.1. Quote Request: Submitting a quote request does not constitute a binding order. It is a request for information only.

2.2. Quote Validity: Quotes are valid for 14 days from the date of issue. Prices may change after expiration.

2.3. Order Confirmation: A binding commission agreement is formed only upon successful completion of payment through our Shopify checkout.

2.4. Specification Confirmation: After payment, we will confirm final specifications with you. Any changes must be communicated before production begins.

3. Pricing & Payment

3.1. Currency: All prices are quoted in US Dollars (USD).

3.2. Payment Methods: We accept major credit cards and PayPal via Shopify Payments.

3.3. Full Payment: Full payment is required before production begins. We do not offer installment plans at this time.

4. Production & Delivery

4.1. Production Time: Standard production is typically completed within approximately 3 months from payment confirmation. Rush delivery is typically completed within approximately 1 month and is available for an additional fee. Flexible delivery is typically completed within approximately 6 months.

4.2. Timeline Estimates: All delivery timelines are estimates, not guarantees. Production may be affected by complexity, material availability, or volume.

4.3. Progress Updates: We will provide progress photos during production for Premium and Ultimate tier orders. Standard tier customers will receive a styled photo before shipping.

4.4. Shipping: We ship internationally from Tokyo, Japan via tracked shipping services. Delivery typically takes 5–10 business days after dispatch, depending on destination.

4.5. Shipping Risk: Risk of loss or damage transfers to the Customer upon handover to the shipping carrier. We recommend purchasing shipping insurance for high-value orders.

5. Modifications & Cancellations

5.1. Pre-Production Changes: Minor modifications to specifications may be accepted before production begins, at our discretion. Please contact us promptly.

5.3. No Returns or Exchanges: Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. We conduct thorough consultations and share progress photos to ensure satisfaction.

6. Quality & Warranty

6.1. Quality Standards: All wigs are handcrafted by professional stylists and undergo quality inspection before shipping.

6.2. Defects: If your wig arrives with a manufacturing defect (e.g., incorrect color, structural damage not caused by shipping), please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographic evidence. We will repair or remake the affected portion at no additional cost.

6.3. Shipping Damage: Damage caused during shipping is not covered by our warranty. Please file a claim with the shipping carrier.

6.4. Normal Wear: Wear and tear from normal use, improper care, or modification by third parties is not covered.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1. Reference Images: Customers may provide reference images of characters for commission purposes. We do not claim ownership of any character intellectual property.

7.2. Portfolio Use: We reserve the right to photograph completed wigs and use images in our portfolio, website, and social media for promotional purposes, unless you request otherwise in writing.

8. Communication

8.1. Primary Channels: Communication will be conducted via email (info@tokyowigcreate.com) and/or WhatsApp, as indicated by the Customer.

8.2. Response Times: We aim to respond to inquiries within 24–48 hours during business days (JST, Monday–Friday).

8.3. Customer Responsibility: Timely responses to our communications are essential for maintaining your production schedule. Delays in responding may affect your delivery timeline.

9. Limitation of Liability

9.1. Our total liability for any commission shall not exceed the amount paid by the Customer for that specific commission.

9.2. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages, including but not limited to event-related losses due to late delivery.

10. Governing Law

10.1. These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan.

10.2. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website. Existing commissions will be governed by the Terms in effect at the time of payment.
