Confirmation & Next Steps
You'll receive a confirmation email immediately after payment. This email includes a link to your detailed questionnaire — where you'll provide head measurements, color preferences, and styling details. Production begins once we receive your questionnaire.

Custom-made products
Each wig is custom-made to your exact specifications. For this reason, we cannot accept returns or exchanges once production has begun.
Before production starts
If you need to cancel before production begins, please contact us as soon as possible. We'll do our best to accommodate your request.
Quality guarantee
We send styled photos before shipping for your approval. If the wig doesn't match the agreed specifications, we'll make adjustments at no extra cost until you're satisfied.
