Terms of Service for " TOKYO WIG CREATE"

" TOKYO WIG CREATE" is a website operated by TreOnestá LLC (hereinafter referred to as "the Operator"). The Operator hereby establishes the following Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as "these Terms") for the use of the services provided on "WIGCUT."


Chapter 1: General Provisions

Article 1: Scope and Amendment of These Terms

  1. These Terms set forth the rules and regulations for the use of the services (hereinafter referred to as "the Services") provided on the " TOKYO WIG CREATE" website operated by the Operator.
  2. These Terms shall apply to all users (as defined in Article 3) of the Services.
  3. The Operator may, at its discretion, amend these Terms in whole or in part without obtaining prior consent from users. Any such amendments will be notified to users through publication on the website or by other means deemed appropriate by the Operator.
  4. If these Terms are amended, the revised Terms shall apply to the use of the Services, and users shall comply with the revised Terms.

Article 2: Use of the Services

Users shall comply with applicable laws, regulations, administrative guidelines, these Terms, and any additional policies set forth by the Operator, such as the Privacy Policy and Terms of Use, when using the Services.


Chapter 2: Users

Article 1: Definition of "User"

In these Terms, a "User" refers to any individual who has fully understood and agreed to these Terms and engages in searching, browsing, or using any content (including but not limited to images, text, designs, logos, videos, programs, ideas, and information) provided through the Services.


Article 2: Use of Personal Information

  1. The Operator shall handle personal information obtained through the use of the Services in accordance with the separately established Privacy Policy.
  2. The Operator may collect and use personal information such as a user's name, address, phone number, and email address solely for the following purposes:
    • Confirming and processing orders for products sold by the Operator
    • Shipping ordered products and contacting users
    • Sending newsletters to users who have opted in
    • Providing point-based reward programs and other promotional activities
    • Conducting marketing analysis (such as sales and access analysis)
    • Advertising and promoting services offered by the Operator
    • Responding to inquiries about products and services
    • Handling inquiries related to credit card transactions
  3. The Operator shall handle all personal information obtained in connection with the use of the Services in accordance with its Privacy Policy.

Chapter 3: Purchase of Products

Article 1: Purchasing Products

  1. Users may purchase products from the Operator through the Services.
  2. To purchase products, users must apply in accordance with the method specified by the Operator.
  3. A purchase agreement is deemed established when:
    • The user completes the order process, confirming the order details and clicking the order button.
    • The Operator sends an order confirmation email to the user.
  4. Notwithstanding the above, if the Operator determines that fraudulent or inappropriate activities have occurred regarding the use of the Services, the Operator may cancel, terminate, or take other appropriate actions regarding the sales contract.
  5. If the Operator is unable to fulfill an order due to stock shortages or other unavoidable circumstances, the Operator reserves the right to cancel the entire order or a part thereof.
  6. Products purchased through the Services can only be delivered within Japan. Users acknowledge that delivery may be delayed depending on the region or logistics circumstances.
  7. If a user fails to collect a delivered package and the storage period expires, the user shall be responsible for all return shipping and related costs.

Article 2: Payment Methods

  1. The total payment amount includes the purchase price of the product, consumption tax, and applicable handling fees.
  2. Payments must be made using a credit card registered in the user's name or another payment method approved by the Operator.
  3. Users shall comply with the terms of their respective payment providers. The Operator is not responsible for any disputes between users and payment providers.

Article 3: Returns, Exchanges, Cancellations, and Order Withdrawal

  1. Returns and exchanges will be accepted only in the following cases:
    • The product has defects.
    • The product differs from the order details.
    • The product was damaged during delivery.
  2. Returns and exchanges will not be accepted in the following cases:
    • More than 7 days have passed since delivery.
    • The product has been used, tried on, or styled (e.g., wrinkles, scratches, or odors).
    • The returned product is not in its original condition (including packaging, accessories, etc.).
    • The purchase cannot be verified (e.g., missing receipt or proof of purchase).
    • The product tag or label has been removed or lost.
    • The package is part of the product itself and has been opened.
    • The item is a sale, outlet, or pre-order product.
  3. Users must apply for returns and exchanges in accordance with the specified procedures set by the Operator.
  4. Returns accepted at the Operator's discretion may require users to cover return shipping and refund processing fees.
  5. Orders cannot be canceled once the shipping process has begun, except for reasons attributable to the Operator.

Chapter 4: Disclaimer & Limitations of Liability

Article 1: Disclaimer

  1. The Operator is not responsible for the content or accuracy of any external websites linked to or from the Services.
  2. The Operator is not liable for any damages resulting from transactions with advertisers or third parties conducted via the Services.
  3. The Operator is not responsible for any damage, loss, or inconvenience caused by temporary suspension or modification of the Services due to:
    • Natural disasters (earthquakes, typhoons, floods, etc.)
    • Social unrest (wars, riots, terrorism, etc.)
    • Technical failures (server issues, hacking, etc.)
  4. The Operator shall be exempt from liability once an order has been shipped to the address provided by the user.
  5. The Operator shall not be held liable for any damages resulting from improper use of the Services.

Article 2: Prohibited Activities

Users must not engage in the following activities:

  • Causing harm or inconvenience to other users, third parties, or the Operator.
  • Infringing on intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or other legal rights.
  • Using the Services for commercial purposes without permission.
  • Registering false or misleading information.
  • Unauthorized reproduction, sale, or redistribution of content.
  • Uploading malware, viruses, or harmful programs.
  • Any other activities deemed inappropriate by the Operator.

Chapter 5: Service Operation

Article 1: Data Collection and Privacy

  1. The Operator may collect access logs and user activity data for service improvement purposes.
  2. Users acknowledge that disabling cookies may affect service functionality.

Article 2: Service Maintenance and Modification

  1. The Operator may suspend or modify the Services without prior notice for maintenance, security, or legal compliance.
  2. The Operator is not liable for any damages resulting from service suspension or modification.

Article 3: Governing Law and Jurisdiction

  1. In case of disputes, both parties shall resolve them in good faith.
  2. If legal action is required, the Tokyo District Court or Tokyo Summary Court shall be the exclusive jurisdictional court.
